Aside from hosting a myriad of radness, we're collecting socks to benefit the VA Hospital & veterans outreach. But enough with the heaps of socks we're going to donate, here's the haps, chaps!

MEET THE HEADLIGHTS PERFORMERS

COMPANYON

Companyon is an alt pop duo based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Bryan (vocals/keys/guitar) and Timothy (drums, MPC) bring a live set that carries energy akin to artists like Glass Animals, Jon Bellion, and Jeremy Zucker.

Their focus on depth and relatability within the lyricism adds a refreshing dose of realism to the show while Timothy’s versatile and power-laden drums bring the intensity to this uplifting and stadium-ready “Honest Pop” sound.

Liana Kleinman

Liana Zhen-ai is a Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary artist and dancer from Los Angeles, CA. Her work uses the frameworks of new materialism and object oriented ontology to examine relationships to the more-than-living world, the changing landscape of narrative in the Anthropocene, and the aesthetics of wellness. She received her BFA in Modern Dance with minors in Biology and Chemistry from Marymount Manhattan College in 2018, and completed her Master’s in Contemporary Dance Performance at London Contemporary Dance School, University of Kent in 2021.

Madison Elliott

Madison is a freelance professional dancer, Certified Countertechnique Teacher and Entrepreneur currently based in NYC. She is originally from Sioux Falls, SD, where she founded and is now the Executive and Artistic Director of an award winning Nonprofit, Headlights Theater. She attended high school at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and went on to receive her BFA in Dance and a Minor in Arts Management at SUNY Purchase College. Madison has worked several dance companies national and internationally including MJ Willis Project, DanceLabNYC, TU Dance, HIVEwild, MeenMoves and has performed works by Doug Varone, Trisha Brown, Roderick George, Michelle Thompson and many more. In addition Madison makes journals out of reused and recycled materials.

Quaba Ernest

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He began his dance training at Dance Theatre of Harlem. Later attending Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts, and continued studying dance at State University of New York at Purchase College Conservatory of Dance. Quaba is a recipient of the 2019 Thayer Fellowship in the Arts and was a member of Ballet BC in 2019/2020. Quaba has be featured in HBO’s Random Acts of Flyness, and the NY Times for performances at BAM Fisher & Jacob’s Pillow. His piece titled “String Theory” was selected to be a part of the 2019 New Century Dance Festival & his dance film “Astomi” was selected as a winner in the 27th Quinzena de Dança de Almada – International Dance Festival (2019). In 2021 he was one of The Ann & Weston Hicks Choreography Fellows at Jacob’s Pillow.
